We build your MarketingOS: agents that handle the repeat work in every part of your marketing, running on your own data. Your team approves every output and learns to run it. You own all of it.
The problem
The targets go up every year, and the budget and the team stay flat. Ask the CFO for another writer and you get pointed to the tools.
Health-system buyers compare vendors long before the RFP. Your customer proof is split across marketing, research and sales, and sales keeps asking where it is.
Pipeline created, pipeline active, what marketing is generating. Someone on your team has to pull it together before every meeting.
What it costs
The people who know your market best are the ones stuck pulling reports and reformatting decks.
Your team’s week goes to work that comes back every month. The new ideas wait for a quarter that never comes.
This business is nuanced. Most agencies take months to learn your buyers, your product and your market.
How it works
We build agents for the work that comes back every month, and we teach your team to run them. It starts with a pilot of 2–3 weeks.
Your product, buyers and competitors. Then we pick the first job with you.
Your team approves, edits or sends it back. A hands-on session and a short guide show them how.

Pilot done: your first agent is running
The pilot agent keeps running. Each month we add or improve one, with training and an hour of office hours every week.
You own all of it. The agents live in accounts and a code repository you own from day one. We work with marketing data, not patient data, and nothing goes out without your team’s yes.
Your MarketingOS
What your company knows and what your market is doing become one context. Every channel plugs into it, agents do the repeat work in each, and we add more every month.

Who’s behind it
For five years I ran Tenscope, a design agency for B2B software companies. I spent most of that time working next to marketing teams, and I kept seeing good people lose their week to work that comes back every month.
Now I build AI agents that take that work off their plate. I focus on healthtech companies that sell to hospitals, so I learn one market well instead of many a little. You’ll work with me directly the whole way through.

You keep everything: the context, the agents and the guides. It lives in your accounts and your code repository from day one, not ours.
Month to month, after the pilot. Cancel any month with 30 days notice.
Marketing data: your site, your CRM, your campaign results. Not patient data.
One week. We spend it learning your product, your buyers and your competitors.
About two hours in week one to walk us through your product and buyers, then about 30 minutes a week to review drafts. You don’t need an engineer, and nobody on your team has to learn to code.
We start with read-only access to your marketing tools, never touch patient data, and nothing publishes without your team’s yes. We’ll fill in your security questionnaire before the pilot starts.
The pilot is one job over 2–3 weeks, so you find out cheaply. After that, you can cancel any month with 30 days notice.
