What these terms cover
These terms apply only to the website. If you hire us, the work itself (the pilot, the subscription, prices, guarantees and who owns what) is covered by a separate written agreement we both sign. If that agreement and these terms disagree, the agreement wins. Prices and offers on the site describe how we work today. They become binding only once both sides sign.
Using the site
You may use the site for any lawful purpose. Please don't try to break it, overload it, scrape it in bulk, reach parts of it you aren't meant to, or use it to send spam or malware. You must be at least 18 to use the site.
Our content
The text, illustrations, design and code on this site belong to us or are licensed to us. You are welcome to read it, link to it and quote short passages with credit. Copying the site or republishing large parts of it needs our written permission. Other companies' names and logos belong to them, and showing them here does not mean they endorse us.
What you send us
If you send us ideas or feedback, we may use them without owing you anything. Please don't send confidential information before we have signed an agreement or NDA, and never send patient health information (see our Privacy Policy).

Limits on our liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for lost profits, arising from your use of the site. Our total liability for any claim about the site is limited to $100. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
If you break these terms
We may block your access to the site. If someone makes a claim against us because you misused the site or broke these terms, you agree to cover our reasonable costs, including legal fees.
Disputes: talk to us first
If something goes wrong, contact us first at hello@refrain.team. Both sides agree to try in good faith for 30 days to settle any dispute directly before starting a formal proceeding. If we can't settle it, these terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, and disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Wyoming.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The current version always lives on this page, with its date at the top. If you keep using the site after a change, you accept the new terms.
